Become a Guest Teacher!

Hanover Public School District is interested in finding qualified personnel as guest teachers to substitute for regular classroom teachers during training sessions and/or leave time.  Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 now offers Guest Teacher Training on behalf of Adams, York, and Franklin County school districts.

Individuals who have earned a bachelor’s degree in any field of study are eligible to apply to become guest teachers. The PA Department of Education (PDE) allows school districts and intermediate units to apply for emergency certifications for qualified applicants. Applicants who complete Guest Teacher Training requirements are eligible to substitute in LIU 12 classrooms and participating school districts in the area.
